Copyright Policy

If you believe that any content on Indian Gadget Finder infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a notice, please email hello@indiangadgetfinder.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” and include the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with an explanation and the relevant details. We will review counter-notices in good faith.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
